Melmac Monday: Score

Hey chicas!

Hope that you are having a fabulous start to your week and for those experience these crazy cold temperatures are able to stay warm! Tomorrow the wind chill is supposed to be negative 25. Sheesh! You would think that I lived in the Arctic instead of Pennsylvania.

I'm back in my lovely school abode now until the semester starts in two weeks. I'll be working full time, but I'm excited for evenings full of movies, reading, blogging, and just having some me time.

I just got a book in the mail that I'm so excited to read. It is called "Thrift Score" by Al Hoff. It is a little older ('97, I believe) but, I'm excited to see what I can learn from it. And how appropriate whilst I was flipping through, I found a section on thrifting Melmac! A lady after my own heart!

I picked up these lovely bright pink Melmac bowls over the break in one of my favorite stores that I can usually find some plastic treasures. These lovelies were only 60 cents a piece! Can you say score?

Have a wonderful night everyone!

xoxo,

Laura
